I’m the director of our family-run Rainbow’s Nursery - and for me, it’s all about family
- both yours and mine.
I believe in working together, supporting each other, and creating a space where children feel loved, safe, and free to grow.
Our nursery isn’t just a place of care - it’s a community built on trust, kindness, and staying true to the values that matter most:
connection, respect, and always putting family first.

As the proud owner of a children's day nursery, my passion lies in nurturing and educating young minds.
I believe that every child deserves a safe, supportive and inspiring environment where they can grow, learn and flourish.
My goal is to create a foundation for lifelong learning by encouraging curiosity, building confidence and fostering kindness in every child we care for

With over five years of experience in childcare, I’ve grown both personally and professionally, progressing within my role and becoming a valued part of a close-knit team that truly feels like family. Every day brings new joy and purpose, and I genuinely love what I do. I’ve had the privilege of forming special bonds with the children in my care which has allowed me to watch them grow, supporting their development, and celebrating their milestones which is incredibly rewarding.

Working with children brings me so much joy and purpose. Their energy, curiosity and honesty are what makes this career so rewarding. One moment that truly warmed my heart was when I was out shopping with my husband and a child I care for excitedly shouted "There's Nichols from Rainbows". It's moments like that which remind me I'm in the right job - making a positive difference in children's lives and being part of something truly special.
